MIDLAND – Adolfson & Peterson Construction has broken ground on a 60,000-sf expansion of the Midland College (MC) Campus.
The two-story facility will house the MC education program and enlarge its existing Pre-K Academy. This increases the Pre-K Academy partnership between MC and MISD from 68 seats to 288 seats.
Permian Strategic Partnership and the Scharbauer Foundation Inc. each donated $10 million for the project. Fundraising is 90 percent complete.
Parkhill is the architect. Construction will wrap in fall 2023.
