SAN ANTONIO – Houston-based Cambridge Development Group and Greystar Property Management are building a $20.5 million apartment complex on the city’s northwest side.
Citadel Urban will be at 503 Richland Hills Dr. near the SH 151 access road and Ingram.
It will consist of 182 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, pools, cabanas, spots for residents to barbecue, fitness club, electronic vehicle charging stations, and a dog park.
The project team includes Humphreys & Partners Architects, Dallas’ Jordan Foster Construction, and interior design company Karen Kramer & Associates of Houston.
Construction started May 31 and is expected to take 22 months.
