DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Wood Partners is starting two rental communities that will add 600 units to the Dallas area.
Designed by GFF, the 280-unit Alta Riverside apartments will be on SH 161 near I-635 in Irving.
The 330-unit Alta Marine Creek apartments will be built on Ten Mile Bridge Rd. in Fort Worth.
Both properties open in 2024.
