MESQUITE – Starpoint Self Storage & Business Park, a 70,590-sf facility at 502 West Kearney St., has been sold.
Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal on behalf of the seller, who owned the facility for almost two decades, and procured the buyer.
A substantial portion of the space is dedicated to commercial office suites.
