The properties include:

• Buena Vista Apartments at 2402 Bammelwood Dr.,

• Casa Del Mar Apart​ments at 2431 FM 1960 W.,

• The Diamond Hill Apartments at 9411 Westheimer Rd.,

• Sedona Pointe Apartments at 311 Highland Cross Dr., and

• ​Providence at Memorial at 1370 Afton St.

The complexes have between 250 and 350 units each.​
