NEW BRAUNFELS – Canyon Lake Water Service Co. is developing a $19 million warehouse project at 1399 Sattler Rd. near Canyon Lake.
The 31,734-sf property will include an office warehouse and a truck wash building.
RVK Architecture Inc. will lead the project.
Construction begins in June with completion slated for November.
