AUSTIN – Vi Collina Apartments, a 170-unit multifamily complex at 2401 East Oltorf St., has opened.
The community consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across four buildings.
Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, business center, bike storage, pool, and convenient access to public transportation.
The complex is a partnership between the Austin Housing Finance Corporation, Saigebrook Development LLC, and O-SDA Industries.
