HOUSTON – DeisoMoss is building a mixed-use tower at 2120 Post Oak Blvd., north of the Galleria mall.
The 551,905-sf tower will have 100,000 sf of office space as well as 25,000 sf of retail and restaurant space. Amenities will include a roof-top pool and yoga and cycling rooms.
Northwind Group has provided a $26.1 million construction loan.
Ziegler Cooper Architects will design the building and Harvey Builders will be the general contractor.
