HASLET – Clarion Partners has acquired Intermodal Commerce Park, a three-building, 1.4 million-sf industrial park within AllianceTexas.
Completed in late 2021, the property is fully leased to H-E-B, Volkswagen, Prairie Industries, and ANEW Business Solutions.
The project has 36- to 40-ft clear heights, deep truck courts, 266 dock-high doors, ten ramp doors, 325 trailer parking stalls, ESFR fire protection, and 641 car parking spaces.
JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership between Gruene Real Estate Partners, Weber & Company, and Crow Holdings Development.
