AUSTIN – Lincoln Property Co. and Phoenix Property Co. are breaking ground on The Republic, an 833,000-sf office tower at 401 W. Fourth St.
Floor plates will average 29,000 sf.
The building will have a 50,000-sf amenity level on the 19th floor with a club room with a lounge and bar, fitness center, sky terrace, and conference rooms. It will also include a 20,000-sf ground-level public plaza.
Construction begins in second quarter 2022.
