FARMERS BRANCH – Presidium has started construction on the first phase of its Presidium Valley View project.
Designed by O’Brien Architects, the project has 344 units in a five-story building at 13214 St. Lawrence Cir.
Amenities include a game room, theater lounge and golf simulator, fitness center, lounge with a catering kitchen, swimming pool, dog park, and business center.
The community will replace the former Lift Apartments when it opens in late 2023.
A second phase is set to break ground in 2024.
