GUNTER – Midas Global Investments has purchased the Double Platinum Ranch with plans for a home community development.
Known as Kimberlin Heights, the property includes 1,215 acres along the future right-of-way of the Dallas North Tollway.
Construction of the tollway extension is already underway.
Rex Real Estate and Adler Properties brokered the deal. The seller was Arizona-based Walton Global.
