DALLAS – TRG signed a 101,808-sf lease in The Stack Deep Ellum office building.
The 16-story building has electric vehicle charging stations, a tenth-floor amenity terrace, fitness center, bicycle storage, coffee/cocktail lounge, and concierge package delivery.
The Stack is a joint venture between Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, Ivanhoé Cambridge, and Hines.
The multi-floor lease will bring the building’s occupancy to 100 percent.
TRG was represented by JLL, while The Stack was represented by ALT+CO.
The tenant will occupy the building beginning in first quarter 2023.
