GEORGETOWN – A partnership between Bain Capital Real Estate and Capitol Seniors Housing has acquired Northstar Apartments, a 210-unit active adult community at 2401 Westinghouse Rd.
Built in 2021, the property has one- and two-bedroom units, a pool, spa, media center, outdoor firepit, courtyards, and pickleball and bocce ball courts.
JLL represented the seller, Chalk Hill Ventures.
