McKINNEY – Whole Foods Market will anchor West Grove, a mixed-use development at the southeast corner of SH 380 and Custer Rd.
The 600,000-sf development will include a mix of retail, restaurants, and entertainment space, 420 luxury residential units, 55,000 sf of office space, and a two-acre park.
The eastern portion of the development will have The HUB, an experiential indoor/outdoor restaurant and entertainment space.
Developed by De La Vega Capital and Development and designed by Gensler, West Grove will break ground in 2022.
