HOUSTON – Midway is developing a six-story office building in its CityCentre mixed-use development.
Called CityCentre Seven, the building will replace the vacant Four Points by Sheraton Houston West at 10655 Katy Fwy.
Demolition work will take about six months. Midway purchased the hotel in 2013.
The 147,000-sf building will have 120,000 sf of office space and more than 27,000 sf of retail and restaurant space. It will also have a seven-level parking garage, fitness, spa, wellness amenities, and fast-casual dining.
