FORT BEND COUNTY – The Signorelli Co. is developing the 4,700-acre Austin Point master-planned community.
The project calls for over 14,000 single-family homes and 15 million sf of multifamily, office, medical, retail, and hospitality space.
Home prices will range from $270,000 to more than $600,000.
It is expected to break ground in second quarter 2022.
