NEW WAVERLY – Rockpoint 1375 LLC has acquired 684 acres for a mixed-use development called New Waverly Station.
Located at the northwest intersection of I-45 and FM 1375, the project will consist of 530 acres of residential development, 50 acres of commercial property, and more than 75 acres of parks and open space.
Amenities will include parks, walking trails, green space, fishing ponds, community clubhouse, and restored historic train caboose highlighting the town as an important train depot.
Rockpoint 1375 LLC is a partnership between Rocky Lai and Associates and Gracepoint Homes.
