DENTON – Hillwood Communities is building a 3,200-acre master-planned, mixed-use project.
Hunter Ranch will have 6,000 homes, 3,000 multifamily units, four million sf of commercial space, and one million sf of retail.
Located at I-35W and Robson Ranch Rd., the property includes the landmark Pilot Knob, which will be preserved.
The first phase will break ground in fourth quarter 2022, with the first homes ready in early 2024.
