AUSTIN – Hines Interests LP is developing T3 Eastside, a three-story office and residential building at 1200 E. Fourth St.
The heavy timber development will include 90,000 sf of office space and 15 residential units.
Amenities will include a fitness center, locker room, yoga studio, tenant lounge, and rooftop patio.
Construction begins this month and will be complete in July 2023.
