FORT WORTH – Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of seven multifamily properties totaling 1,162 units.
The assets sold for a total of $120 million to a variety of investors, both local and out of state.
The properties are the:

484-unit Meadow Ridge, built in 1981 at 3101 W. Normandale St. in Fort Worth;

265-unit Villas at Cantamar, built in 1971 at 8225 Calmont Ave. in Fort Worth;

88-unit La Ventana on Rochelle, built in 1962 at 1201 W. Rochelle Rd. in Irving;
-
64-unit Colony on Rochelle, built in 1986 at 1000 W. Rochelle Rd. in Irving;
-
94-unit The Bristols Apartments, built in 1963 at 825 Norwood Dr. in Hurst;
-
87-unit La Ventana Apartments, built in 1971 at 3711 Dilido Rd. in Dallas; and
-
80-unit In Place Apartments, built in 1973 at 2920 Kendale Dr. in Dallas.
