PFLUGERVILLE – LIV Development LLC is developing The Livano Pflugerville, a 463-unit residential community.
The development will be on 30 acres at the intersection of SH 130 and E. Pecan St. It will be a mix of single-family and multifamily units.
Construction begins in the second quarter.
LIV Development acquired the land from Ventures LLC in December.
