McKINNEY – Transwestern Development Corp. has broken ground on McKinney National Business Park, a five-building, 945,000-sf industrial project.
The speculative development will be constructed in two phases on 64 acres adjacent to McKinney National Airport.
Phase I will deliver in fourth quarter 2022.
