FORT WORTH – New Jersey-based Faropoint has purchased Mercantile Distribution Center 40, a 182,500-sf industrial property at 4201 N. Beach St.
CBRE brokered the deal on behalf of the seller, Marbella Interests LLC.
The asset was fully leased to a single tenant at the time of sale.
