AUSTIN – Turnbridge Equities has broken ground on the 344-room citizenM hotel at 617 Colorado St.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, and rooftop bar.
Baskervill is the architect, and Gilbane is the general contractor.
The hotel opens in late 2023.
