SAN ANTONIO – Welcome Group has purchased two industrial buildings totaling more than 124,000 sf.
The two properties include a 12-acre office and lab space at 6203 Farinon Dr. and 43,860-sf facility at 6603 First Park Ten Blvd.
JLL represented the seller of the Farinon Dr. building. Transwestern represented the seller of the other.
