ROUND ROCK – PlaceMKR LLC has purchased La Frontera Plaza, a 97,311-sf office building at 2700 La Frontera Blvd.
Seller Houghton Mifflin Harcourt will remain in the building, which has served as its headquarters, but downsize to allow PlaceMKR to bring in new tenants.
RWN Real Estate Partners LLC partnered with PlaceMKR on the acquisition.
