BUDA – Stream Realty Partners is planning a 931,880-sf industrial park at 16350 I-35 Frontage Rd.
The development will have shallow bay facilities and a large crossdock facility.
Construction will be complete by the end of 2022.
Biel Partners represented Stream in the land purchase.
