The five-story property has one- and two-bedroom units. Rents range from $1,180 to $2,804 per month.
Amenities include a pool, outdoor courtyard, fitness center, dog park, business center, coffee bar, and package lockers.
Walker & Dunlop brokered the deal. Berkadia arranged acquisition financing.
