WACO – Hello Bello has completed its 312,000-sf diaper plant at 2101 Texas Central Pkwy.
In exchange for a $2.5 million economic development grant, Hello Bello will invest $31 million into the space and fill 110 jobs.
The company will also produce wipes and other infant-care products at the plant.
