Versity Investments picks up two student housing properties

​​​WACO – Versity Investments has acquired a 455-bed student housing property one mile from Baylor University. 

The 116-unit property has a volleyball court, basketball court, fitness center, jogging trail, and two pools and spas. 

Versity Investments also acquired a 466-bed student housing property in Baton Rouge, La. 

Alliant Credit Union provided acquisition financing.
