FORT WORTH – Hillwood will develop Alliance Center North 8 and 9, two speculative industrial buildings totaling one million sf.
The cross-dock buildings will have 36-ft clear heights, 185-ft truck court depths, office space, and LED warehouse lighting.
Alliance Center North 8 will have 140 car parking spaces with 116 trailer parking spaces, while Alliance Center North 9 will have 150 car parking spaces with 221 trailer parking spaces.
The buildings will be at the southeast corner of N. Beach St. and Litsey Rd. within the 27,000-acre AllianceTexas development.
Groundbreaking is set for December, and completion is slated for late 2022.
