SAN ANTONIO – Two companies have signed leases in the 150,000-sf South Park Building II, bringing the property to 100 percent capacity.
Toyota Tsusho America will occupy 47,300 sf, and Charger Water Treatment signed a 25,000-sf lease.
JLL represented Toyota Tsusho, and NAI Partners represented Charger Water Treatment. Llano Realty Partners LLC represented the landlord, Industrial Group Southwest.
