SPRING – Planet Fitness has signed a ten-year, 25,550-sf lease in Spring Town Center, a 500,000-sf retail project.
The space, which formerly housed a Gordmans store, has been vacant for about one year.
Streetwise Retail Advisors represented the tenant. The landlord is NewQuest Properties.
Spring Town Center is on nearly 60 acres at the corner of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl Rd. The lease brings the project to 98 percent occupancy.
