SAN ANTONIO – Kansas-based Cohen-Esrey Apartment Investors LLC has purchased the Preserve at Westover Hills.
The 276-unit apartment community at 1530 N.W. Crossroads has one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, playground, dog park, outdoor grilling areas, and package locker room.
Newmark represented the seller, Texas-based InvestRes.
The asset was 96 percent occupied at the time of sale.
