Stafford Oaks apartments trades hands

Texas Tower office building gains law firm

​​​HOUSTON – International law firm McGuireWoods has signed an 11-year lease in Texas T​ower, a one​ million-sf office tower at 845 Texas Ave.  McGuireWoods leased 33,000 sf on the 24th floor. Korman Communities makes first Austin buy

​​​AUSTIN – ​Korma​n Communities, in partnership with Verde Capital, has purchased AVE Austin. The 226-unit Class A multifamily pro​perty is between downtown and The Domain. LCR Commercial acquires Portland multifamily property

L.A. investment firm acquires 42 Houston rental homes

​​​HOUSTON – Los Angeles-based Pacific Oak Capital Advisors has acquired 42 area single-family homes for $6.45 million. Pacific Oak paid $153,000 p​​​​​er property on average. AT&T’s 300K-sf Discovery District opens in Downtown Dallas
