HOUSTON – International law firm McGuireWoods has signed an 11-year lease in Texas Tower, a one million-sf office tower at 845 Texas Ave.
McGuireWoods leased 33,000 sf on the 24th floor.
Colliers represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield represented Hines and Ivanhoé Cambridge, the building’s developers and owners.
Texas Tower will open by the end of this year.
