IRVING – CubeSmart Self Storage, a 609-unit self-storage facility, has been sold.
The Class A property is managed by a third party and totals 66,698 sf. It was 97 percent occupied at time of closing.
Bellomy & Co. represented buyer, a Southlake-based entity doing business as 3450 Willow Creek LLC, and procured the seller, Andover Properties.
