PLANO – A unit of Blackstone Group purchased the Legacy North apartments in the Legacy Town Center mixed-use development.
The sale included 1,700 units in 17 buildings built between 2007 and 2012.
The apartments are almost fully leased with rents averaging $1,325 a month.
Invesco Real Estate owned the apartments since 2014. Walker & Dunlop brokered the sale. The transaction cost around $300 million.
