PFLUGERVILLE – Urban Movement is developing Cameron 96, a 96-acre master-planned development north of Cameron Rd.
The project will have for-sale and for-rent residential units, five acres of commercial space, and 30 acres of parkland.
The single-family section will have 83 homes priced between $400,000 and $500,000.
The rental portion, called Cameron Yardhomes, will consist of 300 single-family and duplex homes. Rental prices will cater to households with annual incomes between $50,000 and $80,000.
The city council recently approved a rezoning request, but another reading will take place next month.
