GRAND PRAIRIE – Westmount Realty Capital LLC has sold Fountain Parkway, a 301,399-sf warehouse and manufacturing facility in the Great Southwest Industrial Park.
The 14-acre property at 602 Fountain Pkwy. has 16 dock doors, five drive-in doors with up to 17.5-ft clear heights, warehouse exhaust fans, and 219 parking spots.
Westmount purchased the property in 1988 and updated it during its hold.
