AUSTIN – Locally-based Cumby Group will develop three multifamily projects on nine acres on Manor Rd.
The projects will total more than 800 multifamily units—including 80 affordable residences—and 150,000 sf of commercial space.
One of the projects, The Emma, is a 146-unit property currently under construction at 3219 Manor Rd.
Another project will have two buildings with 450 to 500 units at 3115 Manor Rd., and a third will have 200 units at 3033 Manor Rd.
There will also be a neighborhood gathering space.
Cumby purchased the land in 2019 and 2020.
