SUGAR LAND – New York-based Soft-Tex International has opened a 170,000-sf manufacturing facility at 1407 Gillingham Ln.
The project will add 150 manufacturing, sales, and marketing jobs.
It will serve as the model for two future facilities planned to open in 2022.
