IRVING – Trammell Crow at Passport Park, a four-building business park totaling 2.05 million sf under construction, has been sold to a publicly traded REIT.
The Class A+ property at 2600, 2650, 2700, and 2800 Rental Car Dr. is 97 percent leased.
It has 205-ft truck courts and 40-ft clear heights, cross-dock and rear-load configuration, and ten points of ingress/egress on three different roads.
