HOUSTON – New York City-based MCR has acquired the 132-room Courtyard by Marriott Houston I-10 West/Park Row.
The property has a 24-hour fitness center, meeting and event space, bistro, convenience store, and outdoor pool.
MCR purchased the property as part of a $94 million five-hotel deal.
