HOUSTON – Common Desk has leased 26,750 sf on the second floor of the recently rebranded City Place, formerly Springwoods Village.
The building at 1401 Plaza Dr. includes shopping and dining options on the ground floor as well as an outdoor terrace and 14-ft finished ceilings.
City Place Plaza features a central plaza, a waterfront park, Class A office buildings, luxury multifamily, restaurants, retail, entertainment venues, and a AAA Four Diamond hotel.
Patrinely Group represented Common Desk to secure the location.
