GEORGETOWN – Houston-based Morgan Group breaks ground next month on The Caroline, a 336-unit apartment complex.
The project at 5300 N. Mays St. will have 16 three-story buildings.
Amenities will include a pool, dog park, clubhouse, and fitness center.
Opening is set for late 2022.
