DALLAS – USA Infrastructure Investments is planning a 17-story, 46-unit high-rise residential building.
Called One Turtle Creek, the development will be on Dickason Ave., a block off Cedar Springs.
Work will start this summer with an opening set for early 2023.
Lucien Lagrange Studio is designing the building.
