DALLAS – StoryBuilt Homes is building 36 single-family homes near Skillman St. and Walnut Hill Ln.
Called Goose at White Rock Valley, the community will offer houses starting in the mid-$700,000s.
The three- and four-bedroom homes will range from 2,200 to 2,800 sf.
The site, the former home of an office complex, is within walking distance of a DART commuter rail station.
The first houses will be ready in mid-to-late 2022.
