FARMERS BRANCH – Blue Ocean Capital LLC has acquired Villa Creek, a 162-unit multifamily community, from Darcorp.
In 2018, two buildings were damaged by weather so 15 units were fully upgraded.
The asset is at 2835 Villa Creek Dr. near the northwest corner of Josey Ln. and Loop 635.
CBRE represented the seller and arranged financing on behalf of the buyer.
